Tenant Fees
The tenancy set up fee includes the cost of referencing – which will cover checking your credit status, previous employer, current or past landlords, and taking into account any other information to help assess the affordability of your tenancy application. The fee also includes providing a Tenancy Agreement and protecting your security deposit with a scheme such as DPS.
Administration Fees
- Studio - £250
- Flat/House: 1 and 2 Bedrooms - £350
- Flat/House: 3, 4 and 5 Bedrooms - £450
The administration cost covers application progress and checking all relevant documents and obtaining copies for records. Preparing the contract and registering your deposit with DPS for your assurance and inspection and inventory process.
- Helping you through Housing Benefit Application - £100
- Registration Utilities on your name; e.g. Gas, Electric & Council Tax £20
- Late payment charge - £35
Landlord Fees
This is a monthly commission calculated as a 7 percentage of the monthly rent, for collecting and remitting the monthly rent received, deducting commission and other works, and supplying monthly statements. When necessary it includes the pursuance of non-payment of rent and providing advice on rent arrears actions. It includes 6-monthly routine visits and the landlord is advised of the outcome. This fee covers advising all utility providers of any tenancy changes, arranging routine repairs and holding the keys during the tenancy.
